She wasn't available when I needed to get my roots done so I made an appointment with Jenna. I had another appointment with Julie for a haircut yesterday and I hadn't realized that I was booked this week until they sent me a message and unfortunately I was out of town.
I called immediately to cancel and it went into voicemail where I left a message. Turns out they said they never got my message.That was not the first time I've left a message on voicemail with them and they said they never got it.
